Summary

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst for a contract position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization located in Rochester, MN. This is a 10 month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Compensation: $50.00 - 53.00 per hour

Position Overview:
This role supports the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will partner with analysts, data scientists, and marketing specialists to develop campaign requirements, create targeted segments, identify key performance metrics, and optimize marketing initiatives within a digital experience platform. The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns by partnering with other analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and 3rd party data and service providers. Together, they will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns. Requirements: -Interactive dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI; design scalable reporting solutions, ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and adherence to data standards, translate complex data sets to clear visualizations and executive or strategist level insights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development, execution, measurement, and refinement of marketing campaigns
  • Partner with data scientists, marketing specialists, and managers to develop campaign requirements
  • Create targeted segments and models, and identify key metrics to evaluate campaign performance
  • Set pre-campaign analytics objectives and develop audiences and targeting
  • Design, coordinate, and schedule multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments, and report on ROI
  • Assist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies

Primary Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field
  • Experience with interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI
  • Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data
  • Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven execution ability with multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and campaign management tools
  • Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Experience with Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI
  • Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value, or churn prediction models
