Job Title: IT Program Manager - AI & Digital Transformation (Agile/PMP)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to lead strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This individual will drive complex IT programs utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies, oversee project governance, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate the implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics solutions.The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise program management, AI initiatives, stakeholder management, financial governance, and IT strategy, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
Required:
  • 8+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
  • PMP Certification (Required).
Preferred:
  • Experience with: Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML Platforms, Enterprise AI Governance
  • Large-scale enterprise transformation experience.
  • Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day execution of large enterprise IT programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Manage sprint planning, project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, data engineering, security, and external consulting partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and consulting teams.
  • Drive AI initiatives involving:
    • Generative AI
    • Agentic AI
    • AI-enabled business transformation
    • Advanced analytics
  • Guide AI solution validation, implementation, and enterprise adoption.
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational strategy and governance standards.
  • Facilitate access to operational, HR, scheduling, and financial data required for AI model development while ensuring compliance with InfoSec and data privacy policies.
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, funding phases, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage steering committee meetings, executive status reporting, and governance reviews.
  • Coordinate AI pilot programs and enterprise deployments.
  • Oversee project documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, security controls, and enterprise risk management.
  • Recommend improvements to IT strategy, AI governance, and technology roadmaps.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining budget and quality objectives.

Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
