Business Analyst- Right Angle- ETRM

Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Right Angle and ETRM systems to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes and facilitating efficient solutions in the energy and natural resources sector. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify system requirements and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs.
Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Facilitate Agile Scrum meetings to drive project progress and ensure team alignment.
Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance system functionalities and improve efficiency.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Support call center operations by analyzing customer service workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis within the energy or natural resources industry.
Familiarity with Right Angle software and ETRM systems.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform gap analysis effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation.
Experience in call center customer service processes is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
