Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite No Remote - Downtown, Houston, TX
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience: Senior Resource(12-15+ years of experience)
Onsite Requirement: Candidates must start onsite from Day 1 and provide written confirmation of their willingness to work onsite.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM/PM, SM, and PS.
The ideal candidate should have experience across the complete SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, business workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and production support.
This is a hands-on Functional Consultant position and is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in Business Analysis or Project Management.
Required Experience
Minimum 8 10 years of SAP EAM/PM functional experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM / EAM
Experience with SAP SM and PS
Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations Greenfield and/or Brownfield
Hands-on SAP configuration experience
Experience conducting business requirements gathering and workshops
Strong experience in Fit/Gap Analysis
Experience with functional and solution design
Experience with testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live
Strong production support experience
Integration knowledge with MM, FI, CRM, and third-party applications
Excellent business and client communication skills

Key Candidate Requirement
The ideal candidate must be a hands-on SAP EAM/PM Functional Consultant with 8 10+ years of experience, at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, strong configuration and solution-design expertise, and the ability to work onsite in Downtown Houston from Day 1.
