Role Overview
The Content Writer is responsible for maintaining operational excellence across a value-based delivery (VBD) content ecosystem. This role involves reviewing and updating existing materials, supporting feedback loops, and ensuring all documentation aligns with current standards and platform guidance. This position supports the core team by sustaining existing content rather than defining new delivery models or architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refresh foundational and business-process VBD assets, maintaining versioning and coordinating review cycles.
- Triage incoming feedback, address necessary updates, and track issues to closure while identifying recurring quality themes.
- Perform editorial and accuracy reviews to enforce documentation standards and improve readability.
- Contribute to runbook-style documentation and maintain supporting execution materials.
- Maintain and iterate content for success programs and other initiatives once baselines are established.
- Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards for order, clarity, and style.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a technical field, English, journalism, or communications is required.
Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience is required, including at least 2 years of prior experience with the specified client environment and technical writing. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Technical Skills:- Strong content writing, editing, and documentation review background.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience triaging and incorporating feedback into existing documentation.
- Ability to work with business process documentation and legacy content.
- A portfolio of relevant work samples is required for assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with documentation lifecycle and portfolio management.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365.
- Experience navigating or publishing content in GitHub.
- Exposure to documentation governance or quality frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $43.00/hr - $47.00/hr
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location of the position.
