We are hiring for an Automation Tester Selenium for an onsite opportunity.

Role: Automation Tester Selenium

Location: Santa Fe, NM (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium automation testing, SQL validation, and quality assurance methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience testing large-scale web-based applications, developing automation frameworks, and working within Agile environments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web-based applications
• Develop and maintain Selenium automation frameworks and reusable test scripts
• Validate application functionality and data integrity using SQL queries
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
• Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Strategy documents
• Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and resolutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Utilize Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work item management, test case management, and reporting
• Perform root cause analysis and support defect resolution activities
• Ensure software quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or related field
• Strong experience testing large, complex web-based applications in a structured QA environment
• Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium test automation
• Strong Selenium script development experience
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong experience writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation and testing
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Work Item Management, Test Cases, and Reporting
• Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategy documentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation framework design and maintenance
• Experience with test reporting and defect management tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
• Experience working on enterprise-level applications

Education Requirement:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
