Title: Solutions Analyst, Supply Chain

The Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing supply chain planning and sourcing applications used across Global Sourcing & Supply Chain operations. This role focuses on ensuring the effective operation of demand
and supply planning tools, including Kinaxis, as well as other sourcing and supply chain applications. Responsibilities include system configuration, user support, issue resolution, data validation, and coordination with IT and business
stakeholders to ensure applications effectively support operational planning and decision-making. The Solutions Analyst will work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and analytics teams to support system stability, improve
processes, and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain planning systems, and familiarity with enterprise application support in a
complex operational environment.
Key Accountabilities / Job
Functions
Supply Chain Planning System Support – Support the operation and configuration of demand and supply planning systems, including Kinaxis, ensuring system functionality aligns with business planning processes and operational
needs.

Application Support & Issue Resolution – Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with IT and vendors when required, and ensure timely resolution of system defects or data issues. 20%
Business Process & System Enhancement – Work with supply chain and sourcing teams to identify system improvements, configuration changes, and process enhancements that improve planning efficiency and data accuracy. 20%
User Support & Training – Provide support to shipboard and shoreside users, including system guidance, training, and documentation to ensure consistent and effective use of planning and sourcing applications. 15%
Cross-System Coordination – Coordinate with IT, financial systems teams, analytics teams, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure integration and data flow between planning tools, sourcing platforms, and other enterprise
systems.

Scope:
This role supports supply chain planning and sourcing applications used across Global Sourcing & Supply Chain operations. The position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and usability of planning systems that support demand
forecasting, supply planning, and procurement processes across shipboard and shoreside operations. The role requires coordination with multiple functional teams including supply chain planning, sourcing, IT, finance systems, and analytics
teams, and contributes to the effective operation of enterprise supply chain technology platforms.
Problem solving:
The role requires analysis of system issues, data inconsistencies, and business process challenges related to supply planning and sourcing applications. The Solutions Analyst must diagnose issues across integrated systems, understand
planning workflows, and determine appropriate system configuration changes or process improvements. Problem solving often involves interpreting business requirements, working with technical teams to resolve system issues, and
anticipating potential impacts on planning and operational processes.
Impact:
This position directly supports the effectiveness and reliability of supply chain planning systems used by operational teams. Accurate system configuration, reliable data flow, and effective user support enable planners and sourcing teams to
make informed decisions that impact inventory management, supplier coordination, and operational readiness across multiple fleets and brands.
Leadership:
This role does not have direct reports but requires strong collaboration and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams. The Solutions Analyst will frequently support business stakeholders, coordinate with IT teams and
vendors, and provide guidance to system users across different departments and locations.

Essential/Minimum
qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Essential experience
required
3+ years Experience supporting supply chain planning systems, particularly Kinaxis or similar demand and supply planning platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise supply chain or sourcing applications in a business operations environment.
Strong understanding of supply planning, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders.
Ability to analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate solutions with technical teams.
Experience supporting system users, training stakeholders, and documenting processes.
Hybrid any corporate office (CCL, CUK, HAL)
