Trade Settlements Analyst

Description
Process, validate, and reconcile trades across fixed income, equities, derivatives, and other asset classes to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement statuses, resolving exceptions and trade breaks with custodians, brokers, and internal teams.
Work closely with the front office, middle office, and external counterparties to troubleshoot failed trades and operational issues.
Maintain accurate transaction records and support reporting for audits, regulatory needs, and compliance reviews.
Contribute to process improvements, workflow optimization, and system enhancement initiatives within a trade operations environment.
Skills
DTCC, Trade Clearing and Settlement, Broadridge Impact Systems (preferred skill but not necessary), Knowledge of Fixed Income Securities

3+ Years Experience using DTCC to clear and settle trades with Fixed Income securities
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand trade flows, capital markets products, and operational risk controls.
Ability to communicate effectively across front office, counterparties, clearing houses, and internal operations partners.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with settlement cycles, clearing models, regulatory requirements, and best practices in post-trade operations.
Adaptability, willingness to learn new systems, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
