Job Title: Network Security Operations Specialist

Location: Onsite in Charleston, SC

Note: Need more of a network security operations candidate, not looking for Network Engineers.

This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational stabilization across interconnected security platforms and Production Support. The successful candidate will drive critical issues to closure while improving reliability and user connectivity within a challenging network security ecosystem.

Requirements:

·       Palo Alto Networks Panorama

·       Experience with GlobalProtect, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Tanium platforms.

·       Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

·       Network Security Operations

Responsibilities:

·       Troubleshoot complex network security incidents affecting remote access, VPN connectivity, and user experience.

·       Resolve production issues involving Palo Alto Networks, GlobalProtect, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and Tanium platforms.

·       Analyze security policy interactions across multiple technologies to identify root causes.

·       Partner with client stakeholders and distributed support teams to drive issue resolution.

·       Operationalize corrective actions to improve platform stability and service reliability.

·       Support Zero Trust initiatives through hands-on administration and troubleshooting of secure access technologies.
