Job Title: UX Designer

Location: East Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level UX Designer to support our client's product team with ongoing site enhancements and roadmap-driven initiatives. This individual will partner closely with the UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to execute a growing portfolio of planned improvements across digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Apply UX best practices and design guidelines, ensuring consistency across standards
Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences
Incorporate stakeholder feedback using user-centered design principles

Required Skills

Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma (required)
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences
Digital portfolio with e-commerce/storefront UX case studies (mandatory — must be included with application)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting product roadmap initiatives in an agile/collaborative environment
Background working alongside product management and UX leadership teams
