We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences in an enterprise environment. This role focuses on UX strategy, research, and interaction design, translating business objectives and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.
The ideal candidate excels at discovery, problem framing, and experience design, and can effectively bridge business goals, user insights, and product direction while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Discovery
Lead discovery efforts to define user needs, business goals, and experience opportunities
Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems using human-centered approaches
Partner with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements, experience objectives, and success metrics (OKRs, North Star Metrics)
Translate insights into clear experience strategies and design recommendations
User Research & Insights
Conduct and support UX research:
User interviews
Stakeholder interviews
Usability testing
Heuristic evaluations
A/B testing
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
Advocate for user-centered decision-making across product teams
Experience Design & Modeling
Create:
User journeys and experience maps
Personas and archetypes
User flows and task flows
Apply Information Architecture principles to structure complex experiences
Define end-to-end user experiences across digital platforms
Interaction Design & Prototyping
Design intuitive interaction patterns, task flows, and usability-driven experiences
Create:
Wireframes (low fidelity)
Interactive prototypes
Iterate designs based on user feedback, research insights, and usability testing
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with:
UI Designers
Product Owners
Developers
Business stakeholders
Provide clear design artifacts, documentation, and specifications for implementation
Support design reviews and validation sessions to ensure experience quality
Accessibility & Usability
Ensure experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Advocate for usability best practices across all touchpoints
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices
Influence product direction through data-driven insights and storytelling
Stay current with emerging UX trends, research methods, and tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital design
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
UX strategy
Interaction design
Complex problem-solving
Deep understanding of:
User-centered design methodologies
Information architecture
Interaction design principles
Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research
Experience designing enterprise applications and complex workflows
Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Familiarity with analytics and behavioral insights tools
Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy)
