Lead UX Designer

Introduction:
As a Lead UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading UX and Service Design initiatives for enterprise digital products and customer-facing applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences, conduct user research, and advocate for best practices in UX and human-centered design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX and Service Design initiatives for enterprise digital products and customer-facing applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, accessibility reviews, and customer experience assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and visual standards.
- Transform business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Continuously improve product usability through research, analytics, and user feedback.
- Advocate for best practices in UX, accessibility, and human-centered design.
- Present and communicate design strategies to stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
