Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst primarily supporting a Salesforce Claims Management Implementation project. The Contractor will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful execution of project objectives and project deliverables as outlined above. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for leading and executing business analysis and functional design activities throughout the project lifecycle. The scope includes discovery, requirements documentation, solution design support, and client coordination related to the Salesforce implementation and portal functionality. The Contractor s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conducting discovery and current-state analysis of systems, processes, and data.
- Leading workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Acting as a primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical implementation team.
- Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned to Salesforce best practices
- Supporting the design of the future-state solution by collaborating with the Solution Architect and Development team to validate feasibility and alignment of requirements with Salesforce functionality.
- Supporting the development of a requirements traceability matrix and prioritization framework.
- Assisting in defining acceptance criteria, test cases, and supporting UAT preparation and execution.
- Providing input into the overall implementation roadmap and change management approach.
Target Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator or Advanced Administrator
- Familiarity with custom application development within the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of data migration and integration techniques
Salary/Rate: $45-$50/Hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
