Role: ServiceNow Architect / Technical Consultant

Location: San Francisco, CA / Cincinnati, OH / Dallas, TX

Duration : Long term (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Experience as a Senior Architect / Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation
• Knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management, and merging multiple instances
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and CMDB
• Strong experience in support, maintenance, migration, upgrades, integrations, and implementations
• Strong knowledge of FSM design and implementation for large customers
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
• Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements
• Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation
• Strong ITIL process knowledge with the ability to evaluate correlations and impacts aligned with industry standards
• Required certifications:
• ServiceNow System Administrator
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery)
• ITIL V3 Foundation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and presentation skills with client-handling experience
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript
• Experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with greenfield, replatform, consolidation, and migration projects
• Provide technical direction across the full lifecycle (definition to implementation)
• Review development team deliverables
• Create and execute development plans based on changing requirements
• Enforce coding standards
