DescriptionThis position provides first-level technical support to end users across phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, account access, and enterprise applications. All work is managed through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to gain hands-on IT experience within a global enterprise environment. It is also a strong fit for candidates with prior service desk or help desk experience who want to continue building their skills. Exposure to O365 and Active Directory is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve end-user issues efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot problems related to Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration through Active Directory
- Support users with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Create, categorize, and update incident and service request tickets in ServiceNow
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service while documenting actions and maintaining clear communication
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and accurate resolution of issues
Qualifications- Strong interest in IT support or previous experience in a help desk/service desk role
- Familiarity with O365, Windows operating systems, and common troubleshooting concepts
- Experience with or exposure to Active Directory user management (ideal but not required)
- Ability to diagnose basic hardware and software issues
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a ticket-based environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
