Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead the implementation and integration of SAP’s Integrated Toolchain, including SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and ServiceNow. The role will focus on enabling end-to-end application lifecycle management, business process visibility, enterprise architecture alignment, and operational governance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation, Monitoring, Testing, Deployment).
Configure and integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX to ensure seamless synchronization of process and architecture data.
Design and implement integration with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, CMDB, and workflows).
Set up business process monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, and quality gates.
Manage SAP landscape discovery, system onboarding, and connectivity setup.
Enable test management, requirement traceability, and release governance.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, process owners, and IT operations teams.
Support data migration, validation, and cross-tool synchronization.
Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP ALM / SAP Solution Manager.
Hands-on experience in SAP Cloud ALM implementation.
Working knowledge of:
- SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Intelligence)
- SAP LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture, APM)
Experience integrating SAP tools with ServiceNow using APIs or middleware.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP BTP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager certification.
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Exposure to RISE with SAP environments.
Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
