SAP Cloud ALM Consultant (Integrated Toolchain)

Role Overview

The SAP Cloud ALM Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and integration of the SAP Integrated Toolchain consisting of SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and integration with ServiceNow. The role ensures end-to-end application lifecycle management, business process transparency, enterprise architecture alignment, and operational governance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM for implementation, monitoring, test, and deployment scenarios.
• Configure and enable integration between SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, and SAP LeanIX for synchronized process, architecture, and lifecycle data.
• Design and support integration with ServiceNow for incident, change, CMDB, and workflow alignment.
• Set up business process monitoring, quality gates, dashboards, and KPIs across the integrated toolchain.
• Coordinate SAP landscape discovery, system registration, and connectivity setup.
• Support test management, requirement-to-test traceability, and release governance in SAP Cloud ALM.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, process owners, and IT operations teams.
• Support data migration, validation, and synchronization activities across tools.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP ALM or SAP Solution Manager.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM.
• Working knowledge of SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Intelligence).
• Working knowledge of SAP LeanIX for enterprise architecture and application portfolio management.
• Experience integrating SAP tools with ServiceNow using APIs or middleware.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP BTP concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• SAP Solution Manager certification or Cloud ALM certification.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Exposure to RISE with SAP environments.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
