Summary

Job Title: Systems Analyst II

Overview:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst II to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve system functionality, and ensure reliable, secure operations across critical systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to improve existing systems and workflows
  • Support and maintain enterprise applications, including configurations, security, and databases
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution
  • Assist with system integrations and evaluate new software solutions
  • Manage and document system changes following change management best practices
  • Support application validation efforts (UAT, testing protocols, documentation)
  • Ensure systems meet performance standards and defined SLAs
  • Handle incident management, escalation, and resolution processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and operations teams
  • Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
  • Train and mentor junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in systems analysis or application support
  • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience with system integrations, workflow development, and application administration
  • Experience with documentation including SOPs, testing protocols, and change control
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, ITSM, and business process improvement
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT)
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Background in regulated environments or complex enterprise systems
