Role Overview
A growing organization is seeking a functionally strong, enterprise?caliber Business Analyst to bring structure, rigor, and best practices to a bandwidth?constrained, maturing environment. This role will be viewed as a lead?level contributor and trusted partner—someone who can independently own analysis work while elevating the overall BA function.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in environments where processes are still evolving and will be expected to:
- Own requirements end to end
- Introduce enterprise Agile discipline and BA best practices
- Support and enhance existing legacy systems and integrations (modifying current platforms rather than greenfield builds)
This role partners closely with Business Architecture and collaborates across digital, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Perform data analysis to support business decision?making (SQL?driven)
- Support system and vendor integrations (Salesforce exposure is a plus)
- Facilitate and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with awareness of SOX and control considerations
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and clarity
- Provide light project coordination / PM?adjacent support as needed
Must?Have Profile
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong emphasis on requirements gathering and documentation
- Solid Agile experience, ideally within larger or enterprise environments
- Basic to solid SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)
- Experience supporting legacy systems and business?as?usual applications
This role is suited for someone who can “level up” the BA function through experience, maturity, and disciplined execution.

- Project management exposure or strong delivery mindset

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
