Job Description

Value Technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Sourcing and Procurement Operations to support and enhance enterprise procurement workflows. This role focuses on building and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that streamline sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and procurement lifecycle operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow for procurement use cases and a deep understanding of sourcing processes, supplier lifecycle management, and purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for sourcing and procurement operations
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules related to procurement, vendor management, and purchasing workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate sourcing requirements into technical solutions
Automate procurement lifecycle processes including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and invoicing
Integrate ServiceNow with external procurement and ERP systems
Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI components within ServiceNow
Ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for procurement-related applications

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement operations (RFx, vendor onboarding, purchasing, invoicing)
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, or Financial Management
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Familiarity with ITSM or other ServiceNow modules
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
