Job Summary

The Maximo Administrator will provide administration, configuration, and operational support for the airport s Enterprise Asset Management system, IBM Maximo. This role supports asset, work order, inventory, and maintenance tracking for airport maintenance and IT operations.

The position coordinates with third-party maintenance and development vendors for new features, issue escalations, system enhancements, and operational support. The Maximo Administrator serves as the primary technical and functional resource for all Maximo-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the IBM Maximo platform, including system configuration and functional setup.
• Manage user accounts, roles, security groups, workflows, and access permissions.
• Support core Maximo modules, including work orders, assets, locations, inventory, preventive maintenance, and reporting.
• Generate reports, dashboards, queries, and operational data views.
• Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and application-level troubleshooting.
• Support Maximo integrations with airport systems such as financial systems, GIS, inventory, procurement, and data platforms.
• Coordinate configuration changes, upgrades, patches, and enhancements following change management procedures.
• Support data imports, updates, and integrity checks for assets, locations, preventive maintenance records, and work history.
• Work with airport departments to gather requirements and optimize Maximo processes and workflows.
• Maintain Maximo documentation, system configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot Maximo data, reporting, configuration, workflow, and user-related issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience administering or supporting IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Strong understanding of Maximo configuration, workflows, security groups, and core functional modules.
• Experience with work orders, assets, locations, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting integrations, interfaces, and data exchanges between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot application, configuration, data, and user-related issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in asset-intensive environments such as airports, utilities, transportation, government, or public sector organizations.
• IBM Maximo training or certification.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for system support, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
