Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimising, and maintaining AI prompts that power our chatbots, product recommendations, and customer service automation tools.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement effective AI prompts for various e-commerce applications
Collaborate with data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to enhance AI-driven features
Analyse and optimise prompt performance to improve accuracy and user satisfaction
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and natural language processing
Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompts and related processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI-powered features
Contribute to the development of best practices for AI prompt engineering in e-commerce
