Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimising, and maintaining AI prompts that power our chatbots, product recommendations, and customer service automation tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective AI prompts for various e-commerce applications
  • Collaborate with data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to enhance AI-driven features
  • Analyse and optimise prompt performance to improve accuracy and user satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and natural language processing
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompts and related processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI-powered features
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for AI prompt engineering in e-commerce
