Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Remote (1 visit a quarter to client location at Washington DC or Wilmington DE for PI Planning Events)

Summary:
You will operate at the center of a fastmoving, highvisibility transformation, blending handson coordination with strategic insight to distill information, surface crossportfolio impacts, and ensure alignment with enterpriselevel restructuring workstreams.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of corporate systems and asset-related processes, ideally within SAP environments across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, combined with the operational rigor, executive communication skills, and persistence needed to drive outcomes across diverse teams while derisking early and managing complex dependencies.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with business and DT stakeholders, including Engineering, Digital Product Management & Experience Design, Architecture, and Agility Enablement to coordinate work, align on priorities, maintain integrated plans, and ensure cohesive, valuedriven delivery that supports a successful restructuring and seamless transition for customers and frontline employees
CrossPortfolio Impact Management: Surface crossportfolio impacts and escalate risks, blockers, and decision needs to leadership with clarity and urgency to maintain alignment and momentum across restructuring workstreams
Execution Governance: Enable predictable execution by establishing operating cadences, governance routines, and transparent reporting mechanisms that support consistent delivery across product and project teams
Integrated Schedule Execution: Build and manage the master schedule endtoend, creating integrated program views that clarify dependencies, translate between enterprise priorities and technology delivery, and apply agile and productled principles to drive coordinated execution across restructuring workstreams. Master scheduler background or deep scheduling expertise desired.
Organizational Change Support: Align teams, communicate changes, and help stakeholders adapt to new processes and structures to ensure organizational readiness throughout the restructuring effort
Compliance and Transition Readiness: Ensure compliance and operational readiness during transitions involving systems, data, processes, or regulatory requirements to support a seamless and successful restructuring
Metrics and Analysis: Define and track success metrics to measure the value and identify areas for improvement or pivots
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
Required:
11-15 years of relevant experience
Bachelor s degree or equivalent applied experience
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies, with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.
Other Skills:
Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Expert user of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, proficient with AI tools, and experienced with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, and Jira Align
