Agile Coach / Agile Expert
Experience: 8-15 Years
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Agile Expert with strong JIRA expertise to drive Agile adoption, improve delivery excellence, and enable high-performing teams. The role requires hands-on coaching, stakeholder management, and governance across Agile programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile transformation initiatives and drive adoption of Agile best practices across teams. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Design, implement, and optimize JIRA workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation aligned to business needs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure sprint governance, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking across programs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align delivery with organizational goals and roadmaps. Identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Drive metrics-based execution using Agile KPIs (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, etc.). Support program-level planning and execution in scaled Agile environments.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (mandatory) ? workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting, and automation. Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Proven experience in Agile coaching / transformation roles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, SPC, etc.). Experience in large-scale Agile transformation programs. Exposure to DevOps and modern delivery practices is an added advantage.
