Role Overview

We are seeking a Certified Workday Financial Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end financial processes, working closely with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable financial solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate business requirements into functional solutions, support system implementations, and ensure seamless financial operations. The candidate will also play a key role in testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Configure, implement, and support Workday Financials modules

·         Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions

·         Manage end-to-end financial processes within the Workday platform

·         Perform system testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments

·         Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements

·         Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams

·         Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

·         Active Workday Financials Certification (Mandatory)

·         Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes

·         Experience in Workday implementation and/or support projects

·         Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

·         End-to-end Workday implementation experience

·         Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs)

·         Strong reporting and analytics expertise

Experience

·         3+ years of relevant Workday Financials experience (flexible based on expertise)
