Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced OneStream Finance Lead to serve as the strategic owner of the OneStream platform, bridging Finance and Technology functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise financial systems, supporting financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes at scale.

This role requires a senior-level professional who can lead platform strategy, manage complex financial processes, and ensure seamless integration across systems. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in close cycles and data quality.

The selected individual will also oversee governance, compliance, and platform security, while mentoring team members and establishing development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own and drive the OneStream platform roadmap as the primary functional and technical lead

·         Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including consolidations, eliminations, currency translation, and intercompany transactions

·         Design and manage financial models, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reporting solutions

·         Oversee integrations with ERP, General Ledger, Planning, and Data Warehouse systems

·         Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements; manage platform security and controls

·         Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex system issues

·         Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators while defining development standards and best practices

·         Drive continuous improvements in financial close efficiency and data accuracy

·         Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·         8+ years of experience in finance systems or EPM platforms

·         Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream

·         Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation processes, and accounting principles

·         Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale financial systems and integrations

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

·         OneStream certification

·         Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday

·         Background in SOX compliance and audit processes

·         Experience leading EPM implementations or large-scale system transformations
