Scrum Master (Scaled Agile)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a highly visible engineering team responsible for core platform initiatives that enable a critical telematics application within the Property & Casualty business. This team operates within a high-impact authentication and platform environment and partners closely with Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver strategic business capabilities.

This role will be instrumental in fostering Agile excellence, improving team effectiveness, and driving delivery outcomes within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can quickly establish credibility, leverage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and influence without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Agile planning activities, and team-level execution within a Scaled Agile framework
* Partner with Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery objectives, and dependencies
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement and predictable delivery
* Track and analyze Agile metrics, team performance indicators, and delivery trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
* Proactively identify and remove impediments that may impact team execution or delivery commitments
* Coach teams on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and Scaled Agile methodologies while adapting approaches to team and organizational needs
* Support program-level planning and coordination across multiple technical teams
* Encourage accountability, transparency, and ownership within the team while maintaining a servant leadership mindset
* Influence stakeholders and drive positive outcomes without relying on positional authority

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting technical or engineering-focused teams
* 5-7+ years of experience working within Scaled Agile environments
* Experience facilitating Agile delivery within large-scale enterprise organizations
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and scaled delivery models
* Demonstrated ability to leverage metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights to improve team performance
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive accountability
* Proven ability to build strong relationships across engineering, product, and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
