Sr. IT Project Manager (PMP/CSM - Eligibility, Enrollment or HHS exp.)We are seeking an experienced
Sr. IT Project Manager to support mission-critical, enterprise-level technology initiatives within a large,
highly regulated public-sector environment. This role will lead complex system implementations and enhancements that support eligibility, enrollment, and service delivery platforms used by a broad and diverse population. The Sr. IT Project Manager will work closely with PMO leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets
- Drive requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, PMO methodology, and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Support mentoring of junior project management staff
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale applications with multiple integrations
- Strong expertise in SDLC, requirements management, and delivery governance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, fast-changing environment
Certifications (Mandatory)- PMP - Project Management Professional (PMI)
- CSM - Certified ScrumMaster
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.71 - $85.71/hr.
