Description
Join our dynamic team as an Instructional Designer, working in a hybrid setting in Pensacola, FL.
This contract position involves planning and managing instructional design projects, developing courses to meet learning outcomes, and collaborating on training strategies.
Utilize various techniques to create and sequence instructional content, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and behavior change.

Key Responsibilities
Advise trainers on course evaluation results and improvement strategies.
Collaborate to design and develop accurate course content and multimedia elements.
Conduct needs assessments to tailor training and improve performance.
Create and edit learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Evaluate course effectiveness to ensure learning objectives are achieved.

Qualifications
Ability to adapt to fluctuating work-flow and manage time effectively.
Experience in evaluating course effectiveness and developing educational content.
Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
