Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects supporting clinical and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
Manage complex dependencies across clinical workflows, billing, technology, and operational systems.
Provide day-to-day direction to project teams and track deliverables to completion.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
Identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate project status, metrics, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure quality and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience, preferably with software, healthcare, or clinical application projects.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification preferred.
