Overview

We re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst to support and enhance a highly customized Salesforce environment, with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud and exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or banking workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology ideal for someone who can translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, drive UAT, and help reset and optimize an existing Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive feature development and delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
Perform process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards before deployment
Analyze data, user feedback, and adoption metrics to support continuous improvement
Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, and Salesforce admins

Required Skills

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst
Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Hands-on experience with:

User stories & acceptance criteria
Requirements gathering
UAT coordination/execution

Strong communication skills working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
