Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support the ongoing evolution and optimization of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, excellent requirements-gathering skills, and a passion for improving business processes, system adoption, and user experience. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys driving clarity, structure, and measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & User Story Development

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into well-defined Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Define clear and testable acceptance criteria to support development and QA.
  • Partner with Product Owners/Managers to prioritize backlog items and support roadmap planning.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.


Quality Assurance & UAT Support

  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenario creation and execution.
  • Coordinate with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Track defects, validate fixes, and ensure readiness for production deployment.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Exposure to financial services workflows such as lending or loan origination.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting or dashboarding within Salesforce.
  • Background in driving Salesforce adoption or CRM transformation initiatives.
