Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience working with government or regulated environments
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
