Job Overview: We are seeking a strong Engineering Project Manager with extensive experience leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple agile project scrum teams simultaneously. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a solid understanding of project management principles.
Responsibilities: - Drive program-level initiatives across multiple projects within a horizontal structure.
- Manage multiple simultaneous agile project scrum teams effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure project success.
- Serve as an Agile Scrum Master to oversee existing and new projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Possess a go-getter attitude to drive project outcomes.
- Leverage content management system experience (preferred but not required).
- Manage product development projects with a focus on engineering.
Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
- 10+ years of experience in Communication Skills.
- 10+ years of experience in Verbal Communication.
- 10+ years of experience in Written Communication.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- Content Management System experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $65/HR. - $75/HR.
