Description
Job Title: eDiscovery Technician
Overview
The eDiscovery Technician will support IT data collection activities by performing device queries, remote diagnostics, and data collection using approved enterprise tools. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate across technical, business, and global support teams. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized, and proactive about identifying process efficiencies.
This is a contractor role requiring flexibility, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Technical Skills
Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and the ability to query cloud management repositories for device related information.
Foundational knowledge of network connectivity protocols, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Preferred / Plus Skills
PowerShell proficiency, including:
Permission and access management
Disk operations (encryption, scanning, error handling)
Robocopy usage
General disk and storage management
Remote access and endpoint support tools, such as BeyondTrust and Nexthink.
Experience with FTK (Forensic Toolkit) for eDiscovery data collection.
Experience using ServiceNow ITSM, including request management workflows and ticket handling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
