Description
Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer 2 - Networker to join our Infrastructure team. This role serves as a critical link between traditional on-premises networking and modern cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate is a NetDevOps advocate who prioritizes "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) and is passionate about transitioning legacy processes into scalable, automated Azure environments
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Azure Network Architecture: Lead the design and management of sophisticated Azure network topologies, including VNETs, Azure Virtual WAN, and Virtual Hubs (vHubs).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, version, and maintain Terraform modules to provision corporate network resources, ensuring rigorous consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
Automation & CI/CD: Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines specifically for network infrastructure to minimize manual intervention, reduce configuration drift, and accelerate deployment cycles.
Configuration Management: Utilize modern tooling to manage the state of network appliances, ensuring all configurations align with corporate security policies and compliance standards.
Operations & Optimization: Provide Tier 3 technical escalation support for complex connectivity issues and lead proactive capacity planning for cloud and hybrid traffic flows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
