Responsibilities:
Product and Agile Delivery Support
Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define, refine, and manage product backlog items
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Assist in prioritization efforts by analyzing business value, user impact, and technical dependencies
Requirements and Documentation
Gather and document requirements across service and repair workflows, systems, and user personas
Create user stories, process flows, and UAT scripts to support product delivery
Ensure clear traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered functionality
Testing and UAT Support
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Develop test scenarios and validate system functionality against defined requirements
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs
Stakeholder Communication and Enablement
Assist in communication, training, and enablement of end users for new features and system enhancements
Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and technology partners
Support change management efforts by helping drive adoption of new tools and processes
Data and Continuous Improvement
Analyze product performance, user feedback, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service and repair operations
Support reporting and insights generation to inform product decisions
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Experience supporting enterprise-scale systems and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Service and Repair operations or customer experience functions
Knowledge of capital equipment and/or robotics (huge plus in MedTech environments)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
