We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record of managing projects from contract award through completion, with a keen focus on meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes. This role demands a high level of leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with an ability to read blueprints and manage contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from contract award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
  • Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, buyouts, and cost forecasting.
  • Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Overseeing jobsite progress in collaboration with Superintendents.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Supporting project closeout, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final billing.
  • Demonstrating strong skills in scheduling, negotiation, budgeting, contract management, decision making, cost control, time management, problem solving, blueprint reading, team leadership, project management, and construction management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects from contract award through to completion.
  • Proven track record in coordinating with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Strong skills in preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, buyouts, and cost forecasting.
  • Proficient in reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in overseeing jobsite progress in collaboration with Superintendents.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
