Job Details

The Ideal Candidate will have experience overseeing self-perform projects, including excavation/backfill, structural concrete, and pipe.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges proactively to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects, including water infrastructure, underground utilities, or structural concrete.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
