Change Lead
Location : Desperes MO ( Remote)
6+ months contract
Note: Previous work experience with any Banking Or Finance industry are highly preferred
Duties: As a Change Lead, you will lead the change management and adoption plan strategies for critical change initiatives and system implementations, driving new and /or different business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Write, manage and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives as well as day-to-day communication needs
- Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities across the organization are well harmonized and align with department strategies
- Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps and develop corrective action plans
- Develop, maintain and report on an overall integrated delivery / adoption plan related to critical change initiatives for the company
- Develop communication materials, key messages and collaborate with subject matter experts on communication deliverables and continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time, using appropriate communication channels
- Identifying and evangelizing reasons why we are changing and the benefits to be delivered from the planned change null
Skills: - Strong written and verbal skills, ability to lead and drive a matrixed team to deliver results, familiarity and mastery with change practices (risk and stakeholder asssessments, measurement, etc), strong ability to influence up, down and across - relationship management
Keywords:
Education: - Bachelors degree/comparable experience required
Change certicifcation (proscio, ACMP) preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years
Certifications:
- Change Management certification preferred but not required.
- Prosci certification preferred.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
