Verifiable experience in taking user interface requirements and using them to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for workflow-heavy application
Advanced understanding of information architecture and designing intuitive user interfaces, navigations, and multi-step workflows
experience developing a project within an AGILE methodology, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
Highly skilled in working with design systems, including component libraries, reusable patterns, and visual standards
Experience designing and delivering SaaS, enterprise, or complex digital products
Experience with modern designer tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, or similar.
Familiarity with backend and frontend development environments sufficient to collaborate effectively
Experience designing accessible interfaces that align with WCAG and Section 508 requirements
Demonstrable understanding of secure UX design practices, accessibility standards, and designing interfaces
Experience collaborating with frontend developers on HTML/CSS implementation details
