Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to support a high-performing development team onsite in Nashville, TN.

This role is critical to driving requirements analysis, solution design, and validation across integrated healthcare workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare domain experience, technical analysis skills, and the ability to bridge business and IT teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements aligned to customer objectives.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and guide development teams through solution design and implementation.

• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and regulatory requirements.

• Review test plans, test matrices, and defect logs to validate accurate deployment of solutions.

• Provide input into system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models across complex healthcare initiatives.

• Assist with training documentation and mentor junior team members.

• Ensure solutions align with Medicare/Medicaid and healthcare industry standards.

What You’ll Need

• IT Business Analysis experience.

• Direct experience in Healthcare, Medicare, or Medicaid environments.

• Strong proficiency in Visio and Excel.

• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Ability to read and provide feedback on test plans, project plans, scope, and design documents.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization.

• Active certification from an accredited organization (CSPO, A-CSPO, PMI-ACP, or CSP-PO required).
