Job Details

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing or continuous production environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automated production equipment, and machine reliability.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex manufacturing problems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage engineering projects and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, maintenance, engineering, contractors, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally support operations outside of standard business hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience using AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
  • Supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience.
  • Experience leading equipment upgrades or capital improvement projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a self-directed, results-oriented work style.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing production priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
