Summary

Language Requirement

Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following: Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic, or Portuguese.

1. Domain Training & Data Annotation

  • Provide marketing expertise to train AI systems on terminology, concepts, and workflows
  • Label, validate, and curate datasets including ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, and audience segments
  • Create realistic marketing scenarios such as product launches, A/B testing, and multichannel campaigns

2. Workflow Simulation & Process Mapping

  • Convert end-to-end marketing processes into structured data for AI training
  • Identify key decision points, dependencies, and performance metrics
  • Work with ML teams to represent workflows using structured formats like taxonomies or knowledge graphs

3. Model Evaluation & Feedback

  • Assess AI-generated content for relevance, tone, creativity, and compliance
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance
  • Define and refine evaluation metrics such as campaign effectiveness and audience alignment

4. Strategic Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate with product teams to design AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efficiency using AI
  • Stay updated on marketing tools, data platforms, and generative AI trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience, including:
    • Campaign planning and execution (digital, social, performance, or brand)
    • Marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
    • Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI)
    • Customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy
    • Media planning, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
  • Experience across multiple marketing workflows such as:
    • Campaign lifecycle management (planning to post-campaign analysis)
    • Performance marketing (keywords, bidding, conversions, testing)
    • CRM and automation (lead scoring, email campaigns, personalization)
    • Content and social media strategy (planning, influencer marketing, analytics)
    • Data-driven marketing and KPI analysis
    • Brand communication and storytelling

  • Experience using AI-powered tools like Gong or Chorus for sales analytics and coaching
