Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a L1 Tech in King Of Prussia, PA.

Duties Include:
* Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, and self-service channels
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to PCs, mobile devices, applications, and operating systems
* Log, track, and document incidents and service requests in an ITSM system
* Escalate issues to higher-level support teams when needed
* Support common service requests, including password resets, access requests, and hardware/software installs
* Follow established procedures for access management and security
* Provide basic user training and direct users to self-help documentation
* Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
* Monitor trends and escalate recurring or widespread issues
* Participate in a rotating on-call or after-hours support schedule, as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
* General knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
* Experience using ITSM or ticketing systems
* Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
