Wrike Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Wrike Specialist - Pharmacy Advancement Portfolio in Armonk, NY.

Overview:
The Wrike Specialist will serve as the primary administrator and expert for the Wrike platform within the Pharmacy Advancement portfolio. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and governing Wrike structures, workflows, and reporting to support portfolio planning, financial visibility, and executive decision-making. The Wrike Specialist will collaborate closely with Senior Directors, Directors, and CBPOs/BPOs to ensure initiatives, timelines, and financial data are accurately captured and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and optimize Wrike, including folder/project structures, workflows, custom fields, views, dashboards, and automation
* Design scalable structures to support roadmap, financial, and portfolio planning
* Partner with leadership and portfolio teams to define structures and recommend process improvements
* Translate Wrike data into executive-level insights, charts, and presentation-ready roadmaps
* Enable automation and maintain data consistency to reduce manual entry and improve reliability
* Collaborate on updates to timelines, scope, financials, and reporting to ensure accurate portfolio representation
* Perform ongoing maintenance of fields, folders, workflows, and views to ensure the system meets evolving portfolio needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced Wrike administration, including configuration of custom fields, workflows, folders/projects, views, dashboards, reporting, and automation
* Experience designing scalable structures to support portfolio, roadmap, and financial planning
* Strong collaboration skills with leadership and portfolio teams, including proposing alternative solutions to optimize system usage
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive-level insights, charts, and roadmaps
* Familiarity with portfolio management principles and financial tracking is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
