a) Independently collect and document functional business requirements and diagrams using techniques such as JAD sessions, UML modeling, group interviews, facilitated workshops, prototyping, mind mapping, and brainstorming. Assist in technical analysis and solution design aligned with the client technical environment and technology stack.
b) Lead and perform business requirements gathering activities, translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation for technical teams.
c) Create, manage, and track work orders for system enhancements, bug fixes, and incident/change requests using Azure DevOps.
d) Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate stakeholder meetings to review and design business process reengineering efforts and new system workflows; document meeting outcomes and follow up on action items with business users and development teams.
e) Independently conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and integration testing; develop and execute test plans, scripts, and validation documentation.
f) Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to large user groups using PowerPoint presentations; collaborate with multimedia teams to produce training content.
g) Apply advanced working knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle (PL/SQL) to create queries, analyze data, and investigate data-related issues.
h) Maintain project documentation and collaboration sites using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
i) Demonstrate strong familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) practices.
j) Provide advanced customer support and assist in identifying root causes of system performance issues and defects.
