Job Summary:

The client is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct and indirect nursing care in medical clinics. The LPN will work as part of the healthcare team to provide routine patient care and support patients'' healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide routine nursing care and perform basic nursing procedures.

·       Check and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

·       Administer medications as ordered by authorized healthcare providers.

·       Monitor patients'' health conditions and responses to treatment and report any changes to the healthcare team.

·       Assist with patient assessments and care plans.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

·       Communicate relevant patient information to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

·       Valid Oklahoma LPN license or an LPN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

·       1–3 years of relevant LPN experience preferred.

·       Strong communication, patientcare, and documentation skills.
