Position Description:

Job Title: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Patient Care Assistant
Location: Multiple locations across Oklahoma
Duration: 6–12 months

Required Experience: 1–3 years

Client is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Patient Care Assistant to provide basic patient care under nursing or medical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Take and record vital signs.

·       Assist with daily living and hygiene needs.

·       Collect designated lab specimens.

·       Document patient observations and report changes.

·       Assist with patient appointments and follow-up.

·       Maintain a clean and safe care environment.

·       Manage basic medical supplies and records.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 1- 3 year of patient care experience.

·       Current Oklahoma CMA certification in good standing.

·       Knowledge of basic patient care, medical terminology, sanitation, and documentation.

·       Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred: Current certification in Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Administration.

Training: Required 16-module online training must be completed before starting the assignment.
